Bio Medical Equipment Maintenance Programme

Scope of Program

Bio-Medical Equipment Maintenance Services aims at providing 24 x 7 service support to medical assin all public health facilities. The service aims at ensuring an uptime of 95% for DHs and THs, 90% for CHCs and 80% for PHCs.

Every medical asset is tagged to an asset identification number. Details of Toll Free Service Helpline Number, Make, Model Name, Serial Number, Date of installation, Unique Equipment ID, Equipment Location, Last service date and Engineer’s name with contact details are also updated for every asset

• BM calls rectified < 7 days - 67%
• BM calls rectified > 7 days – 27% 
• PPM completed – 46%
